Local knowledge: white goods & appliance removal around Toxteth

Most weeks we are somewhere in Toxteth doing white goods & appliance removal — Princes Park, Lodge Lane, Granby and Dingle, Upper Parliament Street, Park Road between them account for the bulk of it, with the rest spread across L8.

Access decides how the job runs here. Toxteth's Georgian houses and converted flats around Princes Avenue have tall staircases and permit parking, so we allow time for long carries and confirm where the van can stand.

For white goods & appliance removal that usually means fridge freezers, washing machines and dryers, cookers and ovens — loaded by our two-person crew from wherever it is sitting, near Princes Park and Granby Street or anywhere else in Toxteth. Sofas, beds and mattresses carried down from upstairs is a typical example of the work we do here. Everything is weighed in at a licensed transfer station and backed by a waste transfer note for your records.

Good to know before you book

Liverpool household recycling centres restrict van and trailer access and refuse trade waste, so clearing a Toxteth property yourself can mean refused trips. As a licensed carrier, the load is our legal responsibility once it leaves your door.
